What are the Shipping Costs?

All orders are shipped for FREE (Worldwide) with DHL economy tracking  / registered post details on all orders.

Orders of 7 bottles and over (to the US, AU, SG & NZ) are shipped for FREE by DHL Express, estimated delivery 4-7 business days (unless considered a remote area).

Please enquire if you are not in the US, AU, SG or NZ  and would like to know if we can use DHL Express for your destination country.

 

Will my order come with tracking / registered post?

Yes all orders are shipped with DHL economy tracking / Registered post details which is emailed to you within 24-48 hours. All orders of 7 x bottles or more (to the US, AU, SG & NZ ) are shipped by DHL Express with full tracking / registered post details.

 

Which payment methods can use?

We accept payment via PayPal, you can use credit / debit cards via PayPal.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery is normally 11-23 business days to most countries (not including weekends or public holidays). Deliveries to the UK & the US usually reach the customer in around 7-14 days, this is only an estimation and not guaranteed. However some countries do take up to 8 weeks and maybe even longer due to the virus outbreak.

DHL Express.

Orders of 7 bottles and over (to the US, AU, SG & NZ) are shipped by DHL Express, estimated delivery 4-7 business days.

 

Are these herbal supplements pure?

Yes, all of our products are 100% pure with no potassium, calcium, additives, binders or fillers.

 

Is the packaging discreet and is my privacy protected?

To protect our customer's privacy, all orders are posted in a plain padded envelope / box with no mention of the exact contents. No one will know the true contents of your package.

 

What happens after I complete checkout?

All orders are shipped either the same day or next working day.


Is there an invoice / receipt in with my package?

No invoice is placed inside the box / envelope, however you will receive a standard email receipt.

Can I change my delivery address after I order?

Yes. Please simply contact us and we will change it for you if the order has not already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it won’t be possible for us to change the address.

 

Are these herbal supplements guaranteed to work for me?

As with all herbal supplements they are not guaranteed to work for everyone. We do get great feedback and re orders from thousands of satisfied customers. As with all 100% natural products results vary from person to person. It is recommended to consult your doctor before taking these or any herbal supplements.

What happens if I change my mind, can I return goods?

Any unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Buyers will need to ship the goods back to us and buyers will need to pay the cost of return shipping fully tracked. Once the goods arrive here with us we can then refund you.

Customs questions.

We ship hundreds of packages globally each week with very few customs problems, however It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local customs authority as to whether these herbal supplements are allowed into your country or not. Any customs problems / fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the goods get returned to us then once they arrive back to us we can ship them again but the customer will need to pay the shipping costs or we will refund the payment less the shipping costs.

If customs stops your goods and do not return the goods back to us we will not be responsible for refunding in this case.
